Day 31

If you’ve been to one of my live events, read my book or maybe you caught it on my Instagram story – I always talk about not just making it to the finish line but going through it and passing the baton to your NEXT self afterward. That’s where we are now. You have arrived. Before we begin The Ongoing Key, next week. We’re going to finish the #challengeto40 with you handing the baton to your future self.

Day 31 Challenge:

Who were you on day 1 of this #challengeto40?

Who are you now?

Workout Challenge:

INSANITY: Max Interval Plyo

Day 30

Congratulations!

You did it! Congratulations on becoming a graduate of Living Your Best Life, your 30 day transformation!

I want you to embrace and internalize this feeling that you have done it. Celebrate for a second but remember perfection is temporary but change is constant.

Begin to think about what’s next for you. Take advantage of all of the positive momentum and energy behind completing this course.

Trust and believe in who you are and dig deeper every single day. Come back and revisit these lessons as an opportunity for you to improve and be better. There are more challenges and more successes on your journey ahead and this course will only help you continue to conquer and overcome.

Day 30 Challenge:

Take an after picture to celebrate your success. Do not look at your before picture to compare your shape, size or weight. Look at it and commend yourself for what you have done and so that you can believe in you. You have done this for yourself. You have become stronger and more powerful than you were before. You are amazing! Today, we celebrate YOU!

Workout Challenge:

SHAUN WEEK: Ripsanity

Although this Living Your Best Life course has come to an end, what hasn’t is your journey. This isn’t where it ends and you have to figure out “what to do next” because what we know is, the key to your ongoing success in your quest for mental and physical fitness is not just a video I create or a friend that you make as a result of this challenge. The key component to your journey is to do it with others who are on a similar path.

With support, motivation, tools and a plan, your transformation to a stronger you inside and out is inevitable.

Day 29

Sometimes you need to humble yourself in order to learn. We are almost to the end of this part of your journey to think back to the beginning. You are smarter and stronger than you were when you first began. Challenges welcome awareness, moments of realization and new focus. Today is about reflecting upon those moments and realizing your strength, inside and out.

Day 29 Challenge:

Think back to the very first workout you did as a part of this challenge. Aside from the workout, think about how your mind has changed. How have you improved? What has changed? Today we double up.

Day 29 Exercise:

INSANITY: Max Cardio Conditioning

Why both? Because the minute you said, “Oh, no!” you started to doubt yourself.  When you push through, you’ll know that you can push the negativity away and do anything. You have the power. Use it.

Day 28

Make it happen.

These words are positive reinforcement to keep you going. At the end of this transformation, you have everything you need to go for it. Those barriers that have been holding you back, you will have pushed through. You will be an unstoppable force when you complete this challenge. Trust and believe in yourself.

Day 28 Challenge:

Create a challenge for yourself. It could be fitness, or food, it could be a conversation, it could be anything but document what this challenge is and then write how you will overcome this challenge. This will allow you to see that you are in control and you have what it takes to do tough things.

Day 28 Exercise:

Rest day. If you’d like, go for a long walk and listen to the Trust & Believe Podcast. Choose any episode. Comment below with which episode you listened to.

Day 27

The majority of my workouts are mostly using body weight. I don’t use machines, I make them. You are a machine. When the going gets tough you do not rely on a machine you rely on yourself.

Day 27 Challenge:

Draw a diagram of your body and label each body part. Each body part is a function of your machine. Where is your power? Where is your voice? Where is your strength? Identify these three areas.

Day 27 Exercise:

3 Mile Run

Day 26

You have to fight all the way through. To many of you, completing this daily challenge is a fight and maybe this challenge opened your eyes to something you’ve been fighting for a really long time. Trust and believe that this challenge is worth every minute of the fight that you’ve put in to it. Change is happening. Every minute you invest in this challenge, you are working toward a healthier, stronger, more confident you.

Day 26 Challenge:

Today I want you to write down what lights your fire. What made you join this transformation? Thinking about these things will help push you to the end of this challenge.

Day 26 Exercise:

INSANITY Asylum Vol. 1: STRENGTH

Day 25

We’re SO close to the finish line! There is only a little bit of time left so if you are feeling discouraged, now is the time to stay committed. You cannot let go you have to say let’s go!

Every successful moment you’ve had throughout this challenge will take you beyond the finish line and will push you even further than you thought you could go.

Day 25 Challenge:

I want you to write down successes you’ve had throughout this journey. There is no such thing as a small success. Each success is a success, there’s no such thing as a small or big success. Journal 10 of them.

Day 25 Exercise:

INSANITY Asylum Vol. 2: X-Trainer
