A new year, a new Garza!

Goal 1) Run a marathon. I decided to get fit this year. I brought home a weight set and I’m eating better. I’m starting a running program to help get me from couch potatoe to 5K ready in six weeks …. GOOD LUCK ME! So, to help me reach this goal and not slack off, here’s my plan:

How will I do it?
Here’s this week’s plan:

Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then do two repetitions of the following, three days this week:
Jog 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Walk 200 yards (or 90 seconds)
Jog 400 yards (or 3 minutes)
Walk 400 yards (or three minutes)
