Day 24

Even when you go through something and the end result isn’t a “win”, it’s still an opportunity for to become stronger, it’s a struggle that’s preparing you for something greater. Today is about realizing your strength through challenges.

Day 24 Challenge:

  • Today you are going to break down barriers. I want you to do some jabs and punches for a minute. Then, go into a squat and punch for a minute. Finally, stay in the squat and uppercut for a minute.
  • At the end of your jabs, punches and uppercuts, on your paper make two columns. One with challenges and one with how you overcame them. Hold on to this paper as a reminder that you can find ways to overcome tough things because you’ve already done it.

Day 24 Exercise:

INSANITY: Max Cardio Conditioning

Day 23

Your mind is in control of everything that happens. You have the ability to walk into a room and change the energy but it starts with your mind. Mental fitness is key to believing and achieving.

Day 23 Challenge:

Find 10 minutes where you can be in silence and just be in the moment. Think about what you want and how powerful you are in your mind. Think about what you want out of this experience and take it as a moment of you to refocus on how you will achieve mental fitness from this transformation.

Day 23 Exercise:

Shaun Week: Insane Weights

You are strong. You are powerful. You are capable.

Day 22

Who is they?

What works for one person may not work for another. Perfection is trying to please the masses and no one will ever please everyone, it’s just not humanly possible.

As I say, perfection is temporary and change is constant.

Strive to be the best person you can be and know that’s enough.

Day 22 Challenge:

How do you want to please you? Write down what you can do for yourself that involves taking care of YOU?

Day 22 Exercise:

INSANITY Fit Test & Max Interval Circuit

Day 21

Today is a very fun day because we are celebrating only 10 days left of your 30 day transformation. Today is a day that you get to have a 15% fun meal. Don’t get it twisted — this doesn’t mean that you can have an entire meal of craziness. It means you can have a dessert, maybe you split it with someone or maybe save half of it for another time.

10 days to go!

Day 21 Challenge:

Write down a goal that you have for 10 days after this challenge is over. You do not want to stop at the finish line you want to go 10 meters further.

Day 21 Exercise:

Today is your day. Treat yourself to something that makes you happy, instead of time you’d normally dedicate to exercise. Maybe this means a swim, a long walk, a phone call with a friend or something else that brings you joy.

Day 20

Weeding out the negativity. Today’s focus is peeling back the layers of negativity so that you can uncover your true potential. Think long and hard about what might be keeping you from reaching your potential. No matter what kind of journey you’re on, we all have negativity.

You are more equipped than ever to accomplish today’s challenge because you know how to own your happiness.

Day 20 Challenge:

  • Today we’re identifying negativity. Write down a list of the negative circumstances impacting your life. How is it impacting your life?
  • After your list of negativities, next to those items, write down the first part to initiating changing that negativity to get it out of your life.

Day 20 Exercise:

6 mile run/walk

Day 19

Today is the day. Today is your day. Today is the day where you realize you control your happiness. Today doesn’t control you, you control today.

You control your happiness and only you can determine how the rest of your day is going to be. You matter. You have to own your happiness.

Day 19 Challenge:

  • Today I want you to smile, through the good and especially through the bad, I even want you to smile while you are talking on the phone. Smiling is a universal language. If you feel like you are in a slump, I want you to smile. Positively reinforce who you are and cancel out negative noise. You have the power.
  • Bonus: Reflect on the end of the day, not only did you have a positive impact on yourself from smiling but you had an impact on those around you.

Day 19 Exercise:

INSANITY: Pure Cardio

Day 18

It doesn’t get easier, you just get better. Have you ever been doing anything for a while and it seemed challenging at the beginning, but after a while it feels natural?

Don’t run from the work — FEEL THE WORK!

When you start to get results, that’s when you start to work hard.  By now, you should be feeling the results of your work. Let’s keep it going.

Day 18 Challenge:

Get in plank position until you are pushing so hard and your body is completely shaking. If you can hold up your body, you can hold up your life. #TisForTransformation

Day 18 Exercise:
