Day 6
Living Your Best Life | Week 1 | Day 6
It’s no surprise that with challenge comes change. If you’re feeling like you want to take a break… remind yourself of your WHY!
Embrace this feeling because the resistance, the distractions, the doubts are real… but so is your ability to push through it. You will learn so much more about yourself if you embrace your emotions. If you feel like giving in, grant yourself permission to get mad. If you feel like you can’t do it, it’s OK to yell at yourself. Accept the challenge and realize that it’s sometimes during the breakdowns that we have a breakthrough.
Day 6 Challenge:
Call a friend or a family member and tell them about your Bridge of Struggle.
How did you build change in your life?
What did you learn about yourself?
Share and acknowledge how that struggle brought positivity to your life.
This is going to be tough, but will help you practice seeing the positives in every situation.
Day 6 Exercise:
Get outside: 4 mile run/walk + INSANITY Asylum Vol. 2: Power Legs
When you’re pushing through this workout, tell yourself with challenge comes change.
