Even when you go through something and the end result isn’t a “win”, it’s still an opportunity for to become stronger, it’s a struggle that’s preparing you for something greater. Today is about realizing your strength through challenges.
Day 24 Challenge:
- Today you are going to break down barriers. I want you to do some jabs and punches for a minute. Then, go into a squat and punch for a minute. Finally, stay in the squat and uppercut for a minute.
- At the end of your jabs, punches and uppercuts, on your paper make two columns. One with challenges and one with how you overcame them. Hold on to this paper as a reminder that you can find ways to overcome tough things because you’ve already done it.
