- Differentiate between the four self-conscious emotions: shame, guilt, humiliation, and embarrassment.

- What are the gremlins saying right before you are about to walk into your arena?
- What gremlin messages are stopping you from going in?
- You can use the supplies you have available to get creative when completing and decorating this journal page.
